AIMS Waverley aims to be a club where anyone can play tennis. It's members range from beginners to nationally ranked juniors. The scenic surrounds are second to none for a relaxed (or indeed highly charged competitive) game of tennis. |

FACILITIES Two recently resurfaced all weather courts (see pics), and three grass (lawn) courts. The clubhouse provides all the essential amenities:- changing rooms, showers, kitchen including refridgerator. |

LOCATION Located in Fairfields Road the club is a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. Sheltered by mature trees the club is great tennis hide away - infact the perfect place to enjoy tennis. |

STARS WORTH SEEING. . Josh Goodall, at 14 years of age - the youngest player ever to represent Hampshire County tennis squad in the Under 18 (yes under 18 !) team. ![]() Josh in training at Waverley Not impressed ?. . . Josh has also represented Great Britain in an international match against Israel. To see talented Josh Goodall in action visit Waverley this summer. Even the stars need a little help. EVENTS The club prides itself on events it holds throughout the year. Activities include open grass court tournament, fundays, junior tournament, club closed championships, american tournament, jumble sales, end of season BBQ (and we always include the vegetarian stuff). TENNIS BARGAINS As a member you'll get the chance to take advantage of the "hand me downs". As players change equipment you be well placed to pick up some bargains. Keep an eye on the club noticeboard (sorry not on the web yet ). |
